Greta is a fantastic Yoga teacher, so knowledgeable and patient. I have never done yoga before and was quite nervous, but Greta put me at ease. The class is a mixer of age and fitness levels. Really enjoyed the Fundamentals course. Highly recommend Greta’s classes.

Just completed my 6 week Yoga Fundamentals course, and have really enjoyed it. I had never done Yoga before and I'm not very fit, but everything is done to your own ability, and no expectations to get into unrealistic poses! Greta is a great teacher, explains everything and helps you to relax. Just signed on for more sessions. Would definitely recommend 😁

I have really enjoyed the fundamentals yoga course. Greta is so good at explaining why and how to practice yoga. The session helped me learn how to switch off from my busy life and relax whilst improving my fitness. I have signed up to continue practising Yoga with Greta. Thank you
